'Win Your Wedding Filmed on Super 8' Competition
 

1. Promoter
This competition is run by The Momentary ("the Promoter"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Have a wedding scheduled between 9th February 2025 – 23rd March 2025 within 200km of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

• Are following @themomentary_ on Instagram.

• Have tagged two friends in the competition post.

• Have completed the entry form on The Momentary website, including contact and wedding details.
   

3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition closes on 7th of February at 6 PM AEST. Late entries will not be accepted.
 

4. How to Enter
4.1 Eligible participants must complete the following steps:

• Follow @themomentary_ on Instagram.

• Tag two friends in the official competition post.

• Submit an entry form via The Momentary website with valid contact details and wedding date/location information.
   

5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 5.2 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in the entry form and must respond within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
 

6. Prize Details
6.1 The winner will receive:

• Super 8 wedding videography by The Momentary on their wedding day.

• 1-2 edited videos (each approximately 1-2 minutes in length) delivered within 4 weeks of the wedding.

• All unedited Super 8 footage captured on the day.

6.2 The Super 8 film does not record sound. Edited videos will include background music overlayed at The Momentary's discretion.
 

7. Limitations & Liability
7.1 Due to the nature of film photography and vintage equipment, The Momentary is not liable for any equipment malfunctions or resulting loss of footage. 7.2 The Momentary reserves the right to cancel the prize due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, unexpected illness, or emergency situations. No compensation or alternative prize will be offered in such cases. 7.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
 

8. General Conditions
8.1 By entering, participants grant The Momentary permission to use any footage or promotional materials featuring their wedding for marketing and promotional purposes. 8.2 Any disputes regarding the competition will be handled at The Momentary’s discretion and in accordance with Australian law. 8.3 By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
